After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am EET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am EET on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy for all products at Kuura Official. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
We offer an extended right of cancellation for orders placed between November 1st, 2021 and December 31st, 2021. This extended right of cancellation expires on January 31st, 2022.
If you conclude your purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different size, product or refund instead, we welcome you to request a return authorization following steps below. Once the below information has been received, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip.
Be advised that returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in their original condition. For example, this means that as much as we love dogs - products cannot be returned with dog hair (or human hair) due to allergy/sanitary reasons. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given.
To ensure the hygiene of the products, the hygiene product cannot be returned after the package/seal has been opened, as the product cannot be returned for sale. Information on the definition of product hygiene can be found in the product description for each hygiene product.
1) Please go to our Contact Us page and fill all the information including your order number. Select "Return" as a subject and tell us that you liked to return our order in "Message" section.
2) Once we have received your return request, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip. You will then be able to print a return shipping label. Print the shipping label, affix it to your package and drop it off at your local DHL service point! Please note that You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3) When we receive your return package we will process a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies.
